Dress Code Guidelines: For your safety and comfort, please wear proper swimwear made of Lycra or nylon for all water activities. Avoid wearing jeans, sarees, salwar suits, or loose-fitting clothing in pools and on slides to prevent accidents. Swim caps are recommended for long hair. Transparent, revealing, or offensive attire is not allowed. Kindly follow the dress code to ensure hygiene, safety, and an enjoyable experience for all.

Mandatory Safety Measures: All guests must wear proper swimwear to ensure hygiene and safety. Running near pools, diving in shallow areas, and rough play are strictly prohibited. Adults must always supervise children. Follow the lifeguard's instructions and the posted ride guidelines. Guests with health conditions are advised to consult a physician before participating. Life jackets are recommended where applicable. Safety is our top priority.

Rain or Weather Policy: Ocean World Water Park operates rain or shine; light rain will not affect operations. However, in the event of severe weather, including thunderstorms or lightning, all water activities will be temporarily suspended for the safety of our guests. Activities will resume once conditions improve. Tickets are non-refundable, but re-entry or rescheduling may be offered at management's discretion for weather-related interruptions.
