Standard Return & Refund Policy Ocean World Water Park & Resort

Effective Date: 1st July 2025

At Ocean World Water Park & Resort, we are committed to delivering an enjoyable and seamless experience for every guest. The following return and refund policies apply to general tickets, room reservations, group bookings, packages, and event rentals.

Water Park Entry Tickets

  • Non-Refundable: All individual entry tickets are non-refundable once booked.
  • Rescheduling: A one-time date change is permitted 48 hours before the visit, subject to availability.
  • Weather/Operational Closures: In the event of a park closure due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling is offered; however, no cash refund will be issued.

Resort Room Bookings

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in qualify for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations made 7 days before check-in.
  • No Refund: No-shows or cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed once, provided a minimum of 72 hours notice is given before check-in, subject to room availability.

Group Bookings (15+ Guests)

  • Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm group bookings.
  • Cancellation Terms:
    • More than 10 days prior: Full refund
    • 5–10 days prior: 50% refund
    • Less than 5 days: No refund
  • Rescheduling: Permitted once, with a minimum of 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

Packages & Event Rentals (Corporate, Birthdays, School Trips)

  • Advance Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit (usually 25%–50%) is required to secure event dates.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • 15 days or more before the event: Refundable, excluding booking deposit
    • 7–14 days prior: 50% refund of the total amount
    • Less than 7 days: No refund
  • Rescheduling is allowed once, provided it is requested at least 10 days in advance and is subject to the availability of dates and space.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

Additional Terms

  • All refunds are subject to management's approval.
  • Refunds are not issued for partial use of tickets or services.
  • Any service availed during visit time (meals, locker rentals, etc.) is non-refundable.
